Etta James is lashing out at Queen B for singing her song at President Obamas inauguaration.

She "claims" it was a joke and after listening to the audio..it did sound like she was trying to be a comedienne..but she wasn't funny.

Yea I know it is your song Ms. James, but after your lame attempt at humor dissing Queen B and PrObama, I am glad your ass wasn't even INVITED to the inaug.

Obama gets to keep his BlackBerry

President Obama has been battling an ongoing fight with the secret service to keep his trusted Blackberry. He is addicted to it, just like millions of Americans. 


Well he is actually going to get to keep his blackberry and of course it is going to be protected out of the ying-yang. Ten to one someone hacks into it though.

He better not send Michelle any sex texts because after he leaves office all of his emails become public record....and lord knows we don't need another presidential sex scandal

they say he is the techiest president we've had as Clinton and bush had no idea how to use a computer.

President Obamas' inauguration cost about 170 million dollars!!!!!

Which came from the government and private donors.

Bush's Last inauguration cost $42.3 million dollars.

Bitches better not tax us for this.

Obama approaches Dr. Sanjay Gupta as Surgeon General

I couldn't be more excited about this. President elect Barack Obama has "approached" CNNs Dr. Sanjay Gupta as surgeon general. This is just great news. 


Anyone who watches CNN knows that Gupta is a regular on the network and very beloved. They say he was approached but we don't know if he's accepted. I really hope he does.

However, does this mean we wont see him on CNN anymore?

I am loving the diversity of the Obama Administration.

Roland Burris was rejected today outside of the Senate Chambers because he decided to be Blagos bitch. 

I actually got into a heated discussion with my parents this morning about this. They believe Burris should be seated as senator of Illinois because he is qualified,  I don't disagree with that. However, Blago knew FULL well what he was setting Burris  up for. The democratic leaders said because you are being investigated anyone you choose will be rejected. So what does Rog Blagojevich do? he chooses someone anyways.

Blago is innocent until proven guilty..I get it. As Governor he has all right to appoint someone to the senate, it is the law.

However, Democratic leaders have all right to reject him. The Secretary of state of Illinois has all right not to sign that certificate.

Blago isn't being charged for selling crack to whores? He is being charged for trying to sell the very seat that Burris wants.

You cannot go in good conscious and be like "even though someone is appointing me as senator, the same someone who is accused of selling Barack Obamas' senate seat. I'll take the job anyways because lord knows there wont be any issues, i mean shit...look at my resume"

Roland Burris is qualified but he let Blagojevich use him and tarnish his reputation.

Roland Burris you knew full well that you were going to be rejected today, why the hell would you get your ass out of bed to be public fodder for another day.

Governor of New Mexico Bill Richardson was to be named commerce secratary in the Obama Administration. However, because some company is being investigated because they did jobs with the state of New Mexico, Ole Bill is saying peace out.


Who do you think Obama will tap? or at this point since he picked Hilary already, do you even care?

We know Oscar winning actress Jennifer Hudson has been having a very horrible time with the murder of her Mother, brother, and nephew.


Sources close to the actress is saying that she may perform 'The Star Spangled Banner' at Obama's inauguration.

I really hope this is true, since she hasn't been spotted in public since the tragedy.

Here is hoping for a great 2009  for J-Hud

Ilinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is an idiot. Not only was he accused of trying to sell President elects Barack Obama's sentate seat, but he 

1) refuses to resign 

 2) decides to fill Obamas senate seat with former Attorney General Roland Burris.

Who happens to be black and old. 

Blago is a nut job, but I love it!!

This politcal soap opera continues, he is going down with a fight, you couldn't write better stuff.

However, a big No No for me is when you make this about race, especially when Congessman Bobby Rush( a former black panther mind you)  comes on stage and pretty much says " No one in the senate should or  will reject Burris because he's black". He also used the term "hang" and "lynch".....  :(
